Congratulations to Kristen Ronning, Lee Riche, and Lily Monty who won in the school-wide Poetry Out Loud Performance contest.  Kristen Ronning will now go on to represent Stanwood High as she competes at the regional level held in Burlington in late January.

Congratulations to the varsity knowledge bowl for placing first in the last two tournaments.  Members are:  Forest Cook, Henry Johnson, Zane MacKinnon,

Jeffrey Rahman, Logan Ritterbush, and Cole Welch.

We will be on winter break December 22nd - January 6th.  School will resume on January 7th with first period starting at 7:40 a.m.

We will offer the ASVAB test on Tuesday, December 18th, in the library.  For more information, please see Renee in the main office.

Study tables/detention program will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:15 - 3:30 p.m. in the main library on December 4, 6, 11, 13, 18, and 20.

We will have our annual Winter Wishes assembly on Thursday, December 20th.  The assembly will be in the main gym at 9:29 a.m.

We will have a band concert on Monday, December 17th and choir concert on Wednesday, December 19th.  Both concerts will be in the Performing Arts Center (PAC) and start at 7 p.m. (free concerts).

Two of our students recently received the Rotary Student of the Quarter awards.  Congrats to Gadisse Maier and Christian Banuelos-Ornelas.
