Sentences- 20 Patterns for Success, 4th ed. New York: Barron's
Educational Series, Inc. 2002. (ISBN 0-7641-2181-2.)
This will be an invaluable resource throughout the year as we study
English grammar, and work on improving our writing. It's important
you purchase your own copy, because you will be writing in it as we
study the sentence patterns. It will continue to be useful in your
subsequent English classes as well, as it provides all sorts of style
helps for the developing writer. The local bookstore on Main Street,
Snow Goose Books, has copies for purchase; they are also readily
available through other bookstores. Please have this book by
September 11th. We will be using it in class regularly.
All other courses - Paper, pencil/pen
*If additional supplies are needed for specific courses, the teacher will inform the student once school begins.
