Students interested in joining the National Art Honors Society for the 2019-2020 school year must stop by room 476 and speak to Ms. Aseltine before the school year ends. 

The summer assignments for AP and Honors courses are on the high school website under "For Students".  Hard copies are available in the counseling center.

ATTENTION SENIOR ATHLETES, IF YOU WERE UNABLE TO ATTEND THE SENIOR BANQUET LAST THURSDAY, PLEASE STOP BY THE ATHLETIC DEPARTMENT TO PICK UP YOUR CERTIFICATES.

Attention all boy wrestlers who are attending wrestling camp at the end of the month, workouts begin today from 3-4:30 in the wrestling room.

"Honors 10 English students for next year should pick up their summer reading assignment packet from their 9th grade English teacher today and tomorrow."

Attention Graduating Seniors.  Are you interested in a career in Construction.  Please see Mr. Short for information on a 4 week summer program that will lead into a construction apprenticeship.

Attention students: It's time to start returning all of those library and textbooks that you are no longer using! All books are due back before the end of the school year! Seniors, please get all of your books turned in this week so we can get your library account cleared for senior checkout day! If you think you may have fines for missing books, please check with the library staff BEFORE paying those fines in case your book has been returned!  Please see Ms. Byrum or Mrs. McNeil to check on your library accounts!

Stanwood High School’s Traffic Safety Education Program is now enrolling students 15 years and older for the Summer Session #2 beginning Monday, July 1st, 2019.  

Registration packets are available in the main SHS office, the SHS commons area, the LHHS office and on the SHS website.  Register today, as classes fill up quickly. For more information, please call 360-629-1317.

TODAY, June 10th seniors or running start students interested in attending Skagit Valley College next year can stop by the library during lunches to speak with a Recruitment Specialist. He will assist you with your enrollment steps.

Seniors: today, June 10th is your last chance to sign up for the bus to and from graduation.  Sign up in the main office with Mrs. Del Pozo. The bus leaves the high school at 4:30pm on June 19th to go to Everett and returns to SHS a half hour after graduation ends.

Don’t forget "An Evening of One Act Plays" tomorrow, June 11 at 7:00 p.m. in the PAC.
