Transcript Requests

Please email the following information to the Counseling Secretary Christy Headrick at [email protected] to receive a copy of your transcript.

An Unofficial copy can be emailed to you. Please provide the following:

  • Full Legal Name while attending SHS

  • Birth Date

  • Grad year

  • Email Address

An Official copy must be mailed. Please provide the following:

  • Full Legal Name while attending SHS

  • Birth Date

  • Grad year

  • Name of College/Business

  • Address of College/Business

Graduation Verification

To verify that a previous student has graduated please fax an Education Verification, ATTN: Christy Headrick, to 360-629-1331. Please provide the following information for the student:

  • Full Legal Name while attending SHS

  • Birth Date

  • Grad year

  • Signed release (may be electronic)
